  2. I know sound business principles are the core for every company to survive.

    They bind the employees together and let them stay for a long time. Most important of these are respect to each other and integrity of the leaders in the company, which are followed down to the lowest ranked workers.

    What happens though if the business principles are compromised and the company collapses, would all the employees need to be compensated before they go?
